ORASECOM opens the Secretariat offices

On the 24th of February 2011 ORASECOM officially opened the Secretariat offices in Centurion, South Africa. In-order to effectively deliver on its mandate ORASECOM needed to establish a Secretariat. Under the terms of an Agreement signed between the Republic of South Africa (RSA) and ORASECOM, the hosting of the Secretariat and the cost thereof were to be borne by South Africa.
